Luke Morris from Greenback High School was one of FLEC'S 2025 Washington Youth Tour participants and Tennessee's delegate for NRECA's National Youth Tour Spokesperson. As part of his campaign for this position, Luke was challenged to sponsor a community service project. He chose to collect food donations to support FLEC'S Blessing Box.
