• Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
• Christmas Eve (December 24th)
• Christmas Day (December 25th)

If a holiday falls on a Saturday, it shall be observed on the preceding Friday.

If the holiday falls on a Sunday, it shall be observed on the following Monday.
