Surge Protection
  • Customer signs a 3 year contract.
  • $5.50 per month added to the bill (no installation fee).
  • All claims are filed directly with HomeGuard Defender System by calling #1-800-567-8743.
  • Meter base device’s warranty covers large “white” appliances.
    Ex: Range, washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, HVAC
  • Warranty does NOT cover:
    Well pumps, water heaters, satellite dishes, hot tubs, home security systems, door chimes, sprinkler systems, TVs, computers, microwaves, telephones.
  • Customer keeps all copies, EXCEPT the contract, for their records.
  • Signed contract goes to Service Department to be set within a few days.
