Planned Power Outage in Friendsville Substation

Fort Loudoun Electric Cooperative members in the Friendsville area will soon be affected by a planned power outage. The outage will begin on Friday, August 13, 2010 at 1:00 a.m. lasting until approximately 3:00 a.m. The Friendsville substation will be taken out of service in order to perform critical maintenance and upgrades.

All members served by the Friendsville Substation will be affected including the following communities: City of Friendsville, Hwy. 321, Glendale, Fort Loudon Estates 1 & 2, Disco, Long Hollow, Old Glory, Mt. Tabor, Misty Heights, Alanwick, Castaway Cove 1 & 2,Gravely Hill, Poland Creek, Rarity Pointe, Louisville Addition, Middlesettlements, Miser Station and Timberline.
